Weight lifting and supplements


I would like to know if Creatine, Whey Protein, energy drinks, etc. are advisable for hiv'ers who lift weights on a regular training basis. I have read conflicting information saying some things are bad and some things are good. Eating well is not an issue, just want to know more avenues that may be available in building and maintaining muscle. Thank you!

I use creatine and whey protein (Isopure, since it is the only one that does not give me gut problems)but do so once in a while. Energy drinks can be a problem for people who have high blood pressure, or who may get anxiety with them. Read the answers I provided above and let me know if they help clear things up.
