Transmission of HIV through kissing a woman's breast

Question

A friend and I had a discussion about whether an HIV + male with a high viral load can pass the virus through kissing and suckling the breast of a negative female. What is the likelyhood of infecting the woman in that manner since the nipples of the breast are porous.

Answer

HIV is only known to be sexually transmitted through vaginal, anal, and oral sex. There is no known risk of transmission through sucking on a person's nipples during adult sexual activity (to either the receptive or insertive partners).
