When to start treatment

Question

First, thanks for your time to answer these posts. I have been HIV+ since may-2007, and my CD4 have gone up and down between 570-858. Percentages were between 32 - 39%, viral load form 500 - 2900. At what point should I consider treatment? Can I safely wait (my current doc thinks so, but seems to be leaving it up to me). My labs are by date are below... thx for your advice.

Answer

I agree with your doctor. I see no indication from your laboratory results that would make me recommend HIV treatment.
