Since palpable nodes are normal as long as they are within the normal range, what is the "normal rage" ?
And when you say there are normal, are they normal for an HIV infected individual or in normal in general?
Thanks for clearing this up..
God Bless You
"Normal" in size is not defined by any specific measurement, but by an experienced physician's assessment. "Normal" is the same for everyone, HIV- or HIV+. Perhaps another way to say this is that there are palpable lymph nodes whose palpability is not clinically significant. I know this may sound vague, but medicine is also an art, not just a science.
