Please i need your advice thanks.
Hopefully this is an ex-friend as this person clearly either is deranged or a horrible trickster.
Cases of transmission of HIV via oral route is limited to extraordinary circumstances such as the pre-chewing of food by an HIV+ person that was then given to a child to eat. I suspect that if your pal really placed blood into your drink that the risk of infection would be very low, especially if his HIV viral load is suppressed with medications.
Whether he has undetectable HIV levels and how much blood was placed into the drink may be unknowable. Therefore, my recommendation would be to HIV test now and then again in 4 weeks - expecting both to be negative. A report to the authorities may put this person in their place regardless of the veracity of their report of spiking your drink.
