If you have gential warts around the penis and you have a mate that wants to go down on you would it be safe or not?
It is possible to transmit genital warts to someone's mouth, though it is rare, especially in people who are not immune compromised. Genital warts, caused by HPV/human papillomavirus, USUALLY occur in the genital and anorectal areas, and less frequently occur in the throat, mouth, and lips. Since transmission is possible, it is advisable that your partner's mouth and genital area do not come into contact with the warts. See a doctor and have the warts treated.
If you are going to have sexual contact with your partner while you have active warts, use a condom to prevent your partner's skin and mucous membranes from coming into direct contact with the warts.
