Joyce McDonald, Clifford Smith and Frederick Weston will give a slide presentation at the Westchester Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Yonkers Riverfront Library on March 8 from 1:00-3:30pm.

Vincent Cianni was awarded a residency from the Brooklyn Cable Access Television (BCAT) and the Rotunda Gallery. The residency will be used to edit video footage and sound to produce a DVD or CD-ROM of the inline skaters from the Southside, which will accompany the book, "We Skate Hardcore," to be published by New York University Press and Center for Documentary Studies in 2004.

A&U magazine featured Brooklyn artists Steven Cortiella, George Galarza, Derek Jackson, Affreka Jefferson, Chuck Nanny and Benjamin Trimmier in the November 2002 issue. In February 2003, A&U spotlights artists who have died of AIDS, including Patrick Angus, Bruce Cratsley, Rick Dillingham, Keith Haring, Paul Thek, and General Idea artists Jorge Zontal and Felix Partz.
