"Over the past four years (2006-2009) the average number of HIV infection rates in the country has hovered around 50,000 per year. However ... young, African-American men who have sex with men (MSM) ages 13-29 are the leading subgroup of infections. Their rates have rose 61 percent in 2009. Now some local organizations are reacting to the news."
