Jennifer Cocohoba is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Cocohoba spends her time with the National HIV/AIDS Clinicians' Consultation Center (NCCC) at San Francisco General Hospital and the Positive Health Practice (PHP) at UCSF.

At the National Clinicians' Consultation Center, Dr. Cocohoba provides clinical consultation to healthcare providers via two national, toll-free telephone hotlines. The Warmline provides information on HIV management. The PEPline provides information on management of occupational exposures to HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. She also provides lectures on HIV pharmacotherapy for local healthcare providers through the San Francisco AIDS Education and Training Center.

Dr. Cocohoba serves as the clinical pharmacist for the Positive Health Practice. As a member of the interdisciplinary team at the Positive Health Practice, she provides adherence training to patients and other drug-related information to PHP providers.
