Zinc and selenium ok?

I'm on Didanosine 250mg, Retrovir 100mg, Invirase 500mg, Valtrex 1gm, and Viread 300mg. Someone suggested benefits of taking zinc and selenium. Will these have a negitive interaction with my meds?
