Are they tender to touch ?

Do they throb painfully ?

Does anyone know if you can make your lymph nodes swell by constantly checking them? I am very scared because I have swollen nodes behind my ears 6 weeks after a possible exposure. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate thier input. Read more »
