Either option is an excellent choice. If you dont have results from a resistance test available the atazanavir option would be my choice due to its higher barrier for resistance. Otherwise the choice comes down to concerns about side effects (gut... Read more »

Stocrine (efavirenz) + Truvada (tenofovir + emtricitabine) has the same three HIV meds as Atripla so there generally should be little to no difference when it comes to body fat issues between those different formulations of the same drugs. KH... Read more »
