What's really important...viral load, cd4 cells or what?

I contracted the HIV virus in Dec 2006. I went on Atripla in November 2007 when my cd4 cells his the 400s. Here I am now with my viral load at undectable for almost a year now (it went to undectable within a month) and my cd4 cells are at 828 now....

Hi,There really isn't a "best." You should try several types and see which ones you enjoy using most. Remember to use latex or polyurethane condoms only. "Natural" or lambskin condoms do not protect against HIV transmission.... Read more »
