Does anyone know if you can make your lymph nodes swell by constantly checking them? I am very scared because I have swollen nodes behind my ears 6 weeks after a possible exposure. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate thier input.

I have read many people saying that they have swollen lymph node. How can someone know they have a swollen lymph node in the neck or groin, for example? How does it feel. Can it actually hurt sometimes even without feeling it or touching it?. Ok....
