Ultraquant means ultrasensitive. You have very little hepatitis B in your blood and by itself, it is hard to interpret. If you know that you are hepatitis B surface antigen positive, this confirms that you have a small amount of virus in your blood....

You have a low viral load detected which suggests either new or chronic infection - most likely chronic. You will need to have further follow up on your hepatitis B blood tests over time to see what happens with your viral load and your liver...
