my razor blade exposed to small drop of hiv blood !!after 5 ve done water wash then i used this blade for shaving..!!!..what are the chances of contracting hiv??pls help me!!...

Please answer my question, i'm losing sleep over this..recently i used a razor in my bathroom and i know my sisters friend is HIV+, what would happen if she used that razor and then i used it a couple days later..am i at risk of getting HIV?...

HIHIV transmission this way is highly unlikely. If the razor was used on someone prior to you and had blood on it, HIV begins to die once it is outside of the body and is unable to infect. You are HIV free from this experience.Be well and stay safe,... Read more »
