How come almost every people and doctors say that if you tested negative at 3 or 4 months your almost negative for sure at 6 months. This true or just percentages? Thank you very much. Read more » HIV can incubate ?

I have a friend who insists that he was told by an AIDS center that HIV can incubate for up to a year before you test HIV+....is this true? I told him no, but he insists that it is a true fact...
