Hi I was wondering, if a person was infected with HIV, and just had a normal full blood count, what could the results be from this and does a full blood count ever indicate infection, or not?

Autoimmune drugs

I currently take combivir, viramune, and acyclovir. I also am having problems with crohns disease so the GI doc wants to give me 6mp, an autoimmune drug. Will this cause problems since I am HIV positive?
