Thank you for your post. It is very unusual in the current era to find someone on crixivan with NRTIs in your situation. Clearly if you are taking your medications and have detectable viral load on this regimen you should have drug resistance... Read more »

If you have not had a CCR5 Trophile test then it is tough to have confidence that maraviroc + Truvada alone would be able to maintain suppression so that is perhaps why the raltegravir is being considered as well. The barrier to resistance for... Read more »
