You don't say whether you are HIV+ or not, but assuming you are, these transparent blisters could be herpes. The "rough" spots are hard to figure out from your description, and you don't say whether any of these problems is...

Anybody knows how accurate it is testing for Syphilis at 1 week after exposure.. I tested negative 7 days post exposure, I didn't get the typical 'chancre', but I'm still a little concerned.. since there are rare cases where you might have it...
