Your symptoms are not typical of HIV. It sounds like you may well have another STD. Blood tests will only determine if you have syphilis. You should seek care and have cultures done to look for other STDs, such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc....

It seems there's a lot of confusion about test procedures for chlamydia. The best way to test is by taking a swab and/or urine test. Blood test may or maynot pick up chlamydia and there seems to be a lot of false positive readings via blood tests....
