Data to date hasn't implicated Ziagen with cardiac problems. There have been some reports of cardiomyopathy possibly associated with nucleoside agents so further evaluation and discussion with your HIV doc are a good idea. KH... Read more »

Hello, strange question for you. I had the beginings of neuropathy but it was tolerable. Then I tryed taking Ziagen/abacavir and had the reaction. Since then my neuropathy has worsened 100 fold. Any connections? Am I the only one that thinks there...

I know this is the wrong forum, but the treatment forum isen't that active. I was told that they have developed a test for sensitivity to ziagen(for rechallenge purposes)and I can't find anything...Has anyone heard of this??
