My daughter just shared with our family that she has known for 7 years that she was HIV positive. Her t-cell count is 33 and she has only been on the meds for 5 days. she says she is not in pain but she has the thrash in her mouth and in 2monthsgone...

MI Disclosure laws for herpes

Its not hard to find disclosure laws for HIV. I cannot find the disclosure laws in Michigan for other STDs, such as herpes.I seem to be finding that a civil suit can be brought up for just about anything, but is non-disclosure actually illegal??...

Hello,There are no disclosure laws for STDs other than HIV. Personally, I would prefer they abolish those laws as well! Criminalization of HIV/AIDS does not prevent the spread of HIV; it merely encourages at-risk individuals not to get tested. This... Read more »
