If someone was expierencing what they thought to be early symptoms of HIV, would a CBC show anything abnormal? And even after ARS say within the first year without meds, would a CBC show anything abnormal? Thanks.

I know that you cannot confirm or rule out HIV infection by a CBC alone. But would something on a CBC during seroconversion give you a hint of possible seroconversion? If so, what would that indicator be? Thanks for your help.
