I wish it were true! But I have yet to see any good evidence that these dietary treatments do help the T cell count.These factors in the diet all have benefits in other ways, especially for someone who may be eating poorly or losing weight. But... Read more »

There is some anecdotal experience that anti-oxidants and vitamins may provide some modest benefit for lipodystrophy. The data is not particulary convincing at this point. Use of uridine supplements is currently one of the more intriguing possible... Read more »

I am not aware of any data on B12 helping lipodystrophy. it certainly can help certain forms of neuropathy associated with B12 deficiency, though.As for what you can do, if your viral load is undetectable, you can switch the one medication you are... Read more »
