Urine in Whirlpool and transmission

I was enjoying myself in a whirlpool (small pool 2 meters long by 2 meters wide by 1 meter deep) and I can't help but to wonder if there are any risk in contracting HIV if my pool-mate (HIV+) were to urinate, and I have an open cut.Thank you Dr. Bob!
