Taking Truvada and need for practicing safer sex (TRUVADA PrEP, 2010)

I am HIV-. If I decide to take Truvada to lessen my chances of getting the virus from HIV+ partners, do I need to use condoms or will taking the medication be enough....

Hi,Condoms remain absolutely essential. Truvada does "lessen" the risk of HIV transmission, but it certainly doesn't completely eliminate it. See below. Condoms also provide protection from a variety of other STDs as well. Dr.... Read more »

Prezista (darunavir), two 300mg tabs, plus
Norvir (ritonavir), one 100mg soft gelcap, plus
