Dear Fernando,Sorry that you are feeling sick. If you are taking a protease inhibitor (like Kaletra or Reyataz) eating with the meds can help. If you are on efavirenz (Sustiva or Atripla) taking it on an empty stomach may help. Anemia can occur... Read more »

Does anybody knows if kaletra's side effect is excesive diharrea.

My cousin has hiv-type 1 and we are giving him Kaletra but it is giving him a masive diharrea and he got a cut on his rectum.
