You don't indicate what your CD4 count is or whether you are on HIV meds. The lower the CD4 count the greater the likelihood that mouth problems such as this could be thrush. It would be unusual for this to be thrush and only be in the one... Read more »

Dr R,I had some white spots on my inner, I was worried it might be thrush. it looks like the slide of psuedomembranous candidiases in the pediatric gallery, I'm in my late twenties.The spots wipe off pretty easily and came back less and less....
