Hi Doc,been poz for about 4 years now, im doing really well, i wake up some mornings with a tiny white spot on the same part of the gum,( i picked at this a lot , i know i shouldnt have.), i comes off easily, leaving no mark or no pain.my doc said...

gum problems factors...

Dear Doc,what causes the gum to became thinner and tender and swollen?? Is it HIV? or the oral thrush (white creamy paste that would stick on the lining of gums and teeth wvery woking in the morning??Hope for your kind reply. Thank you.
