Worried about Thrush

Reading some articles, I have found that Thrush is associated with HIV and AIDS, just because a person has thrush does this mean that they possibly are infected with the HIV virus?...

i drink lots of coffee( cream&sugar) i found myself today witha yellowish tongue, use a napkin to clean it and turn yellowish.
