has anyone ever taken PEP. I began taking PEP 4 hrs post exposure. I was top with hiv+ guy on no meds when condom broke. i immediately washed and urinated. Has anyone had this experince? do they feel the PEP was effective?

I see New York and San Francisco have easy to get programs for PEP, but no where else is it real easy to get. With the medical proof I have read. Yep, lots of reading in the past 48 hours, it seems highly effective. Frustrating. Read more » PEP & Window Period & PCR (Tesla, GMan?)

I am just about to finish with a 28 day PEP treatment due to a high risk exposure. Do you have any idea how PEP may affect the window period for an antibody screen? Am I already 4 weeks into the window? Or does my window period just begin now...
