Is anal sex ok if both parties have been tested and negative? (HIV TRANSMISSION BETWEEN TWO HIV NEGATIVES)

Me and my girlfriend wanted to try anal sex but didn't know what the risks are. We both have been tested and both have tested negative. Also we are in an exclusive relationship and only had sex with each other. We are each others 1st.
