I heard that 3rd generation ELISA's are more sensitive but I'm not sure what I was tested with. How can I find out? If I was tested in 2003 would they have used the 3rd generation tests? Please help. Read more »

I had taken an Elisa test and happened to ask what version the test was and was told it was a 3rd generation test. Does 3rd generation mean it is not as good as a 4th generation, or are 3rd generation tests ordered for different reasons than 4th... Read more »
