I HAD A TATTOO IN SEPTEMBER,IN JANUARY I WAS TESTED FOR HEP C, IT CAME BACK NEGATIVE. DO I NEED TO BE RETESTED, OR IS IT SAFE TO SAY I DON'T HAVE IT.
