I take naumetone, sulfazine, relafen & prednisone for r.a. I take risperdal & trazodone for depression. I am recently taking hiv meds sustiva,combivirand septra. How can I reduce these meds? My drug management is controlling my life!

Anxiety & HIV meds

I suffer from sever anxiety and lack of sleep. My Doc has me on 300mg of Trazodone before sleep. My combo is Abacavir/3TC/Atazanovir/Ritnovir. Is there a better option than Trazodone as it makes me very drozy during the day and I feel listless?
