My doctor told me I had oral thrush a few months back, I asked for a hiv test...possible risk was over 2yrs ago, test was negative. He put me on Diflucan, it did nothing. Does this mean I was misdiagnosed with Thursh? I still have the burning...

I was diagnoised 12 years ago with HIV,and to this day I have never been on any medications. I've never been sick from this disease. I would like to know if there is a possibility that my results might be a false positve....
