I am assuming that you already have documented HIV infection and you are questioning an AIDS diagnosis. You don't indicate what your CD4 count and percent is. An AIDS diagnosis would be present if the CD4 count is < 200 or < 14%.... Read more »

Your white blood cell count is low, but not that low (normal range about 5-10). That count should have no bearing on your body's ability to generate antibodies. It appears you are not infected.MH... Read more »
