In Dec.2002 I was diagnosed with full-blown aids. I had thrush, neuropathy, CMV colitis & MAC. I had 18 Tcells & Viral load in the millions if thats possible. I now have 346 Tcells & undetectable.

The range is quite variable so no prediction is appropriate. If a patient is on preventative meds of infections and has good nutrition and hormone status that can maintain health to some degree. Full blown AIDS has many definitions as well ranging... Read more »

I agree. There is no difference between "full blown AIDS" and AIDS. Actually, there is very little distinction between HIV positive and AIDS other than the presence of symptoms. Social Security makes no distinction between the two since... Read more »
