I contracted herpes & hepatitis from the same person, i think. Does contracting herpes increase the chance of contracting hepatitis? In other waords, could i have contracted hepatitis from the herpes lesion at the time of contact? i don't know of...

There isn't a lot of information on whether herpes can increase your risk of getting hepatitis viruses. We do know that sexual transmission of hepatitis C can occur although it is a low risk. You may have no symptoms as hepatitis C progresses. That... Read more »

Artipla Meds for Co-Infection Patient

I am planning on starting my treatment and am concerned about my liver and want to make sure that I take the correct meds. My Dr. wants to start me on Atripia. Is this the best med for HCV patient or is there a beter mix of meds to start with.Thanks
