My experience with risk for lipodystrophy with Norvir/Presizita + Truvada (and than in the literature) compares very favorable to risk observed with Atripla. You should be able to switch back to Atripla so you so choose after delivery-good luck with... Read more »

So I took my first dose of meds last night. My doctor started me on this combo:

Prezista (darunavir), two 300mg tabs, plus
Norvir (ritonavir), one 100mg soft gelcap, plus
Truvada (emtricitabine+tenofavir) one 200mg/300mg respectively.

I'm starting in a study, and I just got my meds today. I'll be on Reyataz boosted with Norvir, and either Epzicom or Truvada (I won't know which).
