What Is Atripla? Atripla is a tablet that contains three antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) used to fight HIV: efavirenz (Sustiva), emtricitabine (Emtriva), and tenofovir (Viread). Experience from published studies and the clinic support the notion that often there are less GI complaints from use of Atripla compared to Sustiva + Combivir. Also, the tenofovir in Atripla is more fat friendly than the AZT in Combivir so problems... Read more »

Anyone out there figured out a way to control these dreams that Sustiva in Atripla brings? Also I hear that African American's absorb the drug at a higher rate causing more issues.
