Dental Work and Atripla

I have always been told that I had a minor heart valve leak and whenever I go to the dentist, they prescribe antibiotics prior to doing any work such as a cleaning, etc. I am concerned about any effect on my Atripla....

When Oral Thrush is present in true ARS form, does it go away after a few days/weeks? Or is it 100% necessary to get antibiotics to rid of it. Just wondering because of my extremely and unusually white tongue that has been present for some time now.
