Dear Dr. Young,I just started on Sustiva. I have sleep apnea and use a cpap machine. I am currently on 3mg of Lunesta. Do I need to reduced the dose since both drugs use cp450 pathway.I do not want to increase side effects of Sustiva....

I tested positive for HIV in February of 2001 - my numbers are 250 T-cell and 0 viral load. Before I started the antiviral program, my T-cells were >85 and my load was 40-45,000. I've been on the antiviral program for a little over a year. ... Read more »
