I am being treated with peg interferon 180ml and ribovarin 1200mg.Last week my hemoglobin level was 9.5,hemotocrit 28% this week it is 8.4 and 24%.How dangerous is this drop and should I be real concerned?

My boyfriend is hiv positive, his ct4 count is 501 and virall load 37 thousand.What does that mean? could he have tuberculosis or hepatitis, or positive hemoglobin is a part of being hiv positive?He is not yet on medication.
