No existe riesgo real en lo que usted relata o al menos riesgo de preocuparse. Las manchas en la palma de la mano no se que decirle , pero no son tipicas de VIH primoinfeccion. Siempre es importante recordar la sifilis en estos caso de prostitucion....

I know of no link between ARS symptoms and time to seroconversion, but there are some data that suggest that people with a very symptomatic initial illness may have faster HIV disease progression....
