Does anyone know about HIV rapid oral fluid test's accuracy. I have been reading mixed reviews that the rapid oral test has a history of false negitives and does not preform as what the manufactor claims >99%.

Can anyone please give me any information about the accuracy of rapid HIV tests ( particularly the unigold finger prick).
