Anyone have information as to anywhere in the world to get injections of either Methacrylite or Bio-Polymer to eleviate lipoatrophy of the face? I know that a Dr. M. Serra in Brazil performs the methacrylite porcedure but I can't locate him. HELP!!!

Would some one please tell me the difference in a PCR (polymer chain reaction?) and NAT(nucleic acid amplification testing). I know there is a difference but I am not 100% sure. I would really appreciate any information anyone has.
