Peripheral neuropathy, whether it's pain or tingling in the feet or hands, is VERY common and can be caused by many many diseases. It would be most unusual for this to be the first symptoms of HIV. I would highly suggest you get HIV-tested.... Read more »

In all this testing, have you had an HIV test? That would put your fears to rest right away if it's negative. The pattern of your uncomfortable sensations doesn't sound like the peripheral neuropathy associated with HIV. Your symptoms... Read more »
