I would recommend immunization of your fiance and checking antibody levels to be certain she converted. This vaccine is extremely safe and protective. If you want to be extra careful, you can use condoms. Your viral level is low. Best of luck. Read more »

Mr. Kull:The CDC states that this test can pick up the HIV virus in someone only recently infected. My question is how accurate is the test say at 16 weeks, and what does the test look for, that the antibody test does not?

HiWhy are people always waiting for 3 month, up to 6 month in great fear. is it not possible to do a viral load test? I thought viral loads are high during primal infection.
